2025年9月週末ランチ訪問。

藤沢ジャンボに併設しているダイニングをゴルフ練習がてら利用してみました。 ホテルニューオータニのレストランが湘南に初進出したとしてひそかに話題に。

ランチは下町洋食を中心としたメニュー、ディナーにはアラカルト以外にコースメニューもあり。 パーティープランもあり、接待や会食での利用も良さそう。

昨夏に食べ損ねた冷やし中華 をオーダーしました。醤油ダレと胡麻ダレの２種類がたっぷり用意されているのが冷やチュー好きとしては嬉しいポイント。 麺は中太でもちっとしていて特徴的。¥2,000でコーヒーも付いてくるので満足度高め。

慶応湘南藤沢キャンパスの近くなので藤沢でも北側の田舎ですがココだけニューオータニクオリティ。 スペシャルランチのサーロインステーキ和風胡麻ソースと、Autumn Special Menuの陶板焼き牛フィレ肉のステーキ"VOLCANO"ヴォルケーノ200gをいただきましたがどちらも美味しかったです。 サラダバーはそんなに大きくないですが、サラダバーに並んでいる物は気が利いてる感じです、海老、イカ、タコとか美味しかった。ドレッシングは3種類あります。 スープバーはスープは1種類しかないですがトッピングは粉チーズ、クラッカー、クルトンが用意されていました。 サラダバーにはビニール手袋が置いてありますがS、M、Lサイズが置いてある気遣いがホテルクオリティって感じです。サイズが合わないと付けにくかったり外しにくかったりするので、気持ち良く食事が出来る気遣いだと思います。 開店の11時に来ましたが、開店してすぐ満席になる感じではないです。 お店の雰囲気も良いし、テーブルの間隔とか配置もホテルのダイニングって感じでゆったりした感じです。レストランの中から練習場が見えたり、駐車場側の窓はもちろん車が見えますが藤沢の田舎なので街中のゴミゴミした感じはなくて良いです。
