ベッカライフローベル ラシェットブランシュ湘南 — Restaurant in Fujisawa

On our way home from Izu Hanto peninsula , Shizuoka trip we were surprised to see the bakery Backerei Fröbel shop in Fujisawa with the beautiful, high quality bakery. Parkings are available for more than 10 cars in the back. We were welcomed and surprised of lively in side with many young , old customers, customers serving and bakers look like enjoying to server and to do their jobs. Many things to choose from. We have been stopped and bought bakery's throughout the trips around Japan and this place is something out of normality. The building, the setting and the roomy airy in side make things look even better. Fröbel is only offer for to go not available for eat or drink inside. We hope one day they open the second floor for customers to enjoy this special place. On the way out we had a change to say hi to the owner and wish he the best of luck. Your place is one of the best we have been visiting after many years visiting...

湘南は美味しいパン屋が多く、パン屋巡りが趣味だったのですが…ここがオープンしてから、最近はここにしか行ってません笑

ほとんどのパンが絶品で、なんでもオススメなんですが！ 特にオススメなのは角食パンです😊もちもちでふっくら美味しく！！毎回買ってはサンドイッチにしてます🥪

前のケーキ屋さんが閉店した時は「美味しいケーキ屋さんがなくなっちゃった」としょんぼりしてたんですが、 ケーキ屋さんも復活して、更に美味しいパン屋さんにもなってほんとに嬉しい限りです🙌 しかも、オーナーはウィーンで修行されていたらしく本場の味が楽しめます✨

また、駐車場スペースがたくさんあるのも本当いいですね あと最近入口のところに子どもスペースができて...
