Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fujisawa

配達まで2時間以上待たされた。 レストランからは何の説明もなく、10回以上電話して私の注文がどうなっているのか聞こうとしたが、返答はなかった。 結局、私は車でフランチャイズに行き、状況を確認することにした。

彼らが非常に忙しかったことは理解できるが、私に状況を知らせるために電話するだけでよかったのだ。 せめて電話に出るべきだった。

星を1つにしていないのは、返金してくれたのにピザをくれたからだ。

ひどい状況管理だ。

I had to wait over two hours for my delivery. There was no explanation from the restaurant and I tried to call them over 10 times to ask what was happening with my order, but there was no answer. Finally I decided to drive to the franchise to see what was going on and they made my pizza for me when I arrived.

I can appreciate that they were extremely busy, but all they had to do was call to let me know the situation. At the very least they should have answered the phone.

The only reason I’m not giving them one star is because they refunded me my money and still gave me the pizza.

Terrible management of...

Typically I have no problems from this shop but recently I paid for garlic to be added to my pizza, which is an extra cost, and the pizza they delivered did not have any. And they still charged my card for the garlic. I tried reaching support but...

This has become favorite Sunday afternoon stop for us. Always fast, and friendly service, tasty pizza, so many choices, and great deals on pickup orders keep us coming...
