I live in Fujiyoshida. Such cute decor and peaceful atmosphere. I have been here twice, once with my husband and then with my grandchildren and son. The strawberry raspberry shaved ice with condensed milk was so large, delicious and reasonably priced. it’s like fluffy snow. My grandchildren loved it. It’s large enough to share so we also had the black sesame which has is nutty taste. Would highly recommend. They also sell cookies and sweet treats. Great...

We stumbled upon this adorable spot while wandering through the village and what a gem we found. The staff were absolute stars - super friendly and helpful. The menu might be small, but the quality is top-notch. We fell in love with the square cakes and the chestnut dessert, which paired perfectly with a cuppa tea and coffee. It's very nice cafe with delicious sweets and kind people. In my experience, this is one of very few places in Japan , where I could get freshly brewed hot green tea. I tried Mont Blanc and warabimochi. Both were absolutely delicious! I will definitely return when I'm next time...
