どん兵衛 — Restaurant in Fujiyoshida

Be aware that the service will be TERRIBLE and HORRIBLE... Only 1 guy is in charge of cooking and attending everything. Since we arrived we knew that we would not have a very pleasant experience because when he brought us the water to the table he put the glasses on it reluctantly and roughly.

Also the food plates he threw them at us(LITERALLY), he did not have the bother to place them calmly and he was not friendly either. Completly rude and aggressive from the very beginning to the end.

The food is fair but honestly the service left a lot to say. I had never experienced anything like this in Japan and I am honestly very disappointed. We were 5 people so it was not only something seen from my perspective but everyone's.

Finally, when it was time to pay, he did not want us to be near him and in the end we ended up paying more than what it was(he was aware of it because we were talking to him in japanese but he didn't want to hear us), since he was kicking us out of the place.

家族でほうとう、うどん両方頼んでシェアしました。

ほうとう目当てでしたが、予想外にうどんコシがありダシも力強く美味しかったです。

妻と娘はほうとうが美味しいと言ってました。

ほうとうの汁は野菜が溶け出した甘いスープで、うどんの汁はしっかりした味です。

富士吉田にはイベント前後にたちよる事が多くランチでたべたことがありません。 ほとんどの店が夕方までに閉まるので、夜まであいている中では、もっとレビュー評価のたかい店よりもこちらが美味しかったです。

ほうとうが食べたくて来店。画像は【いのししほうとう】 猪の味がどんなものか、正直よくわかっていないが、鍋の出汁からは獣臭さといったものは無し。出汁だけだと連れの【鴨ほうとう】と違いがわからなかった。やや残念だったが、下処理がよくされてるってことなのかな。 肉だけ食べると歯応えと味がしっかりする豚肉。美味しかったから肉だけでお腹いっぱいにしたいw 麺は固めの歯応えでした。他の店でよぼよぼなのを食べたので、こっちの方が食べ応えあり。 出汁は味噌の味がしっかりしていて、甘味...
