Room is clean and comfortable. Looked new. Bigger than a Tokyo hotel room. I had two single beds. Bathroom has ample counter space. Room was suitable for two people. Price was good for a longer stay. I stayed for five nights. I was on the street side but it was not noisy.||||Wifi reception is good. TV, hot water kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer in room. ||||There is one onsen - women and men use it at different hours. there is also a sauna.||||No dinner available at the restaurant when I stayed in April. There are a number of small restaurants across the road. Family Mart convenience store is just outside. ||||Coin operated laundromat inside hotel. Purchased laundry detergent from Family Mart. ||||As a tourist, I would have liked an information sheet explaining how to get to the bus stop and train station. I ended up using google maps and picking up maps from the tourist office at Fujisan and Kawaguchiko stations. ||||There are a lot of bus services in the Mt Fuji area. Can walk to Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen-jinja shrine 900m walk to the bus stop (keisatsushomae) and a 1.6km walk to Fujisan station. ||||Taxi Fare from station:...

Our room had a really nice view of Mount Fuji, it was great to be able to wake up with such a magnificent view.

I would say the hotel is quite old though and the hallways smell of smoke even though our room was a non-smoking room. Additionally the power outlets are not close to the bed so it's an inconvenience when charging your phone. I also noticed that the headboard was quite dusty as well. However, the room is of decent size and the beds are quite spacious.

One thing that stuck out to me was the lack of service. At every other hotel in Japan, they would always greet us when entering the lobby. In the 3 days we were there, no one greeted us. This was quite poor even to western standards. We had the shortest check in ever and they didn't mention anything about their facilities. Also, the onsen times were interchanging for males and females and as seen in the photo, the males had significantly more hours to...

You can see Mt Fuji from your window at this hotel!!!! I think it depends on the room but the room not facing the road gets a clear view of mount fuji totally amazing! There's an onsen here but ladies and men have rotating times. There's a small lounge for you to have drinks and eat quietly until 10pm, there's 2 vending machines for ciggies, booze and drinks. In the lounge there is a hot and cold water dispenser, altho they do not serve brekfast here, there's many shops and supermarket in walking distance for you to buy stuff to eat. A lawson is right infront of the hotel. There is free parking available at the hotel and a Pachinko / gambling place next door over. Quiet lovely staff, rooms are on the small side but clean and comfy. ...

Great hotel with very kind staff. We asked for a Fuji view room and were able to get one! Woke up to a wonderful, cloudless view that was one of the best in town. The room was clean and well equipped. They have on-site laundry and a family mart next door. Our plan even came with some vouchers. There is an onsen on-site, very clean, with rotating hours for men and women. The hotel is a little far from the closest station but very walkable to numerous attractions and restaurants. It's by no means a resort but a great hotel for the money.

We booked our room few days before checking in. You could easily get a beautiful view of Mount Fuji which was located just behind the hotel, but unfortunately all the room with mountain view were taken. So we got a room with Fuji-Q Highland view. We booked a room with 2 twin beds. It was big enough and comfortable for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). The location of this hotel was super convenient. Convenience store located just beside the hotel, Fujikawaguchiko Masjid is just 10 minutes away by car, many cafe, restaurants and shops nearby.
