藍屋 富士吉田店 — Restaurant in Fujiyoshida

国道139号線（横町バイパス）沿いにある、和食主体のファミリーレストランです。入口で靴を脱いで下駄箱に入れてから入店する必要があります。ほぼ全ての客席は掘りごたつ形式で（一部テーブル席もあります）、且つほぼ全ての客席が4人用に構成されています。店舗自体も大きく客席も充分にあり、大人数で利用する客も見受けられますが、多くの客席では柱や簡単な仕切りがあるため、大人数の利用でも小グループに分かれて利用する必要があります。それもあってか、賑わっているものの不愉快に感じるような大声でしゃべるような客はいませんでした（少なくとも私が利用した時は）。 各テーブルに設置されているブザーを押してスタッフを呼び、注文するスタイルを採っています。給仕される料理の質や種類、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他の藍屋と遜色ないように思います。外国人観光客（特に中国人）の利用客が多いように思いますが、既に彼らの接客に慣れているからか、英語などの多言語にも特に問題ないように感じました。

This is a Japanese-style family restaurant located along National Route 139 (Yokomachi Bypass). To enter the restaurant, you need to take off your shoes at the entrance and place them in a shoe box. Most seating is in the Horigotatsu style (sunken seating with a footwell), although some table seating is available. Nearly all seating is designed for groups of four. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of seating, and large groups of customers are often seen dining here. However, because many tables are separated by pillars or partitions, large groups may need to divide into smaller groups when seated. Perhaps because of this, even though the restaurant was lively, there were no customers speaking loudly or behaving disruptively during my visit. To order, press the call button installed on each table to summon a staff member. The quality and variety of the dishes, as well as the staff’s service, seemed consistent with other branches of Aiya. 4 stars only because it’s kinda expensive compared to other japanese local shops 😅

I was able to eat something similar to this quality but for a cheaper price range. But with the convenience they have, it’s reasonable i guess.
