Megu Fuji Plus+ — Hotel in Fujiyoshida

We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted to see the full view of Mount Fuji. The weather was bad when we arrived on the first day, and we were disappointed that we couldn't find any trace of Mount Fuji. Fortunately, there is a large department store Diaso opposite the accommodation, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is very nice and prepared drinks for us. We bought food from a nearby supermarket and cooked it in the accommodation. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dryer. The accommodation building is three stories high, with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are two Western-style rooms and a tatami room, a bathroom and a toilet. The rooftop on the third floor has tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Fortunately we saw Mount Fuji clearly the next morning.Since there was an urgent report on the day of check-out and we needed to delay our departure, we asked the hotel to delay our check-out. The hotel was very nice and only paid an extra 1,000 yen for us to delay our check-out for one hour, which made it easier for me to complete my work. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. Even if the parking lot is full, it is not far away if you need to park in the nearby parking lot. It is only a five-minute walk away. I had an amazing stay at this property in Japan. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of 5-6 people. It had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from the room. It was absolutely stunning, and the beauty of the mountain made our stay even more memorable. The rooftop was another fantastic feature— a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Our family enjoyed our stay and the kids were very excited after having lived in the small Tokyo hotels for a week. We cooked our Kobe and Wagyu beef steaks and Sukiyaki with their nice set of kitchen utensils/pan/pots. You will have to get your condiments at supermarket.

Edit: more info on Check-in. You need to call the reception phone number if you are not getting the lock box pin when they send you the check-in instruction emails. I thought it was the digits shown on their stock picture but that is not it. You also need to look for your name on the door of the 7 or so units if that info was not already provided to...
