They take hot dogs seriously, and it showed. The moment this house-made sausage hit my tongue, I felt it’s not an average frank. Juicy, well-seasoned, and with a satisfying snap, the sausage was clearly the centerpiece. The slightly toasted bun cradled the sausage nicely, and the tangy house chili sauce added depth. Best dogs in Fukui, hands down. All sausages are hand made and the toppings/ bread really bring it all together. Also have a nice little selection of German/ European beers.
