I went here on January 2, 2025 as I transit at Fukui station from Kanazawa to Tsuruga. I arrived just few minutes before lunch time, so I got a seat pretty easily. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, escorting me to my seat. The food was great! I ordered the set menu with gyoza and it was fulfilling, although I bought the half sized ones. Seems that this chain is only available in Hokuriku region. Definitely a must if you’re stopping by!

Local chain, apparently. They offer a couple different broth flavors and bulk up the bowls with vegetable toppings like cabbage. I appreciated the wavy noodles and the chashu had a deep pork flavor and soft texture, although the slices were so thin that paying extra for more felt like a losing battle. My partner enjoyed the hits of garlic in the gyoza that came with her set meal.

One of my favourite noodle shops in Fukui city. You will find many hachiban ramen branches through out the city. This shop locates in an arcade next to Fukui JR station and very handy to visit.
