The drinks are nice, but they’ve ‘often’ gotten my order incorrect. They seem understaffed, however, the service is terrible. Every visit I’ve had the staff have not been polite or welcoming. They have poor tonality, and never look happy or at least even give a small smile.

My most recent visit, I asked for a standard Yuzu tea. It took over 25 minutes and I still didn’t get my drink, yet they continued to take other peoples orders. Many people were waiting and looking frustrated. I disappointingly, but politely asked for my money back as I had somewhere to be and they didn’t even apologies for the wait which was extremely poor service standards. こちらに来た際に時々利用させていただいてます。 最初に案内してくださった店員さんは外国人の方でした。ご注文お決まりの頃にお伺いします、と言ってくださいました。 それからメニューを決め、店員さんに声を掛けようとしましたが、席が奥まっている（正面入口から真っ直ぐ入って突き当りの席）のもあってか、全くこちらに店員さんが来ませんでした。 振り返って見ていても無視、呼び出しボタンもない為さすがに「すいません」とそこそこ大きめの声で呼びましたところ、「はーい」と女性の店員さんが応えてくださいました。 ところがその方が注文を取りに行ったのは手前の席に座っている女性ふたり組の方でした。こちらは無視。 腹が立ち、カウンターまで注文いいですか、と言いに行ったところ若い男性の店員さんがメモも持たずにこちらへ来てくださいました。 パスタ2種（一つはサラダ、ドリンクのセット）と、ピザ1枚、苺のお酒を注文しました。 まず一緒に来ていた人のパスタ、ドリンク、サラダが来ました。こちらは丁寧に盛り付けられており、フォークとスプーンにペーパーも巻かれていました。 しばらくしてから私のパスタが来ました。盛り付けは流し込んだみたいな形、フォークとスプーンもペーパーも巻かれずそのまま渡されました。 食事が終わっても注文した苺の酒も来ない、伝票も来ない。 馬鹿にされた気分です。食事も美味しかったのでこれまでもあまり良いとは言えない接客でしたが今度ばかりはもう限界です。 料理は美味しかったのですが気分...
