バウムクーヘンに甘いシロップがかかったお菓子が食べたいと娘に言われ、訪問しました。天神にあったマダム○○コは随分前に撤退しましたのでこちらのブリュレドサンクを買いに行きました。そこで見つけた「えべす餅」。こしあんに餅が包まれており、伊勢の赤○にそっくりです。2月3日までの期間限定のようで食べてみたい方は来年の十日恵比須神社正月大祭のころまでお待ち下さい。

香椎宮参拝後に立ち寄りました。参道にいちご大福ののぼりがあり、そそられました。福岡に来たからには地のものあまおう苺が入っていることを確認して購入。その場合はコーヒーが100円引きとの事で、イートインで利用しました。いちご大福もコーヒーも美味しかった。イートインスペースも明るくて快適な空間でした。

月2回くらいのペースで行っています。今日（2023年1月15日）は、今年初めての訪問でした。いつも注文していたケーキセットがなくなり、ケーキ単品とコーヒー単品になっていました。ケーキが450円くらいコーヒー250円なので、合わせて700円。そんなに出してまで店内で食べる価値もないケーキとコーヒーなので、ケーキは自宅に持ち帰り自分でコーヒーを入れて食べました。本来なら、ケーキはキャンセルして何も買わずに帰りたかったくらいです。ケチな話しで申し訳ありませんが、お金を出すからには価値に合わないものには一切出したくはありません。今まではケーキは美味しくなくても散歩途中の休憩のために、場所代替わりにケーキセットを利用していました。昔はコーヒー無料でしたが、どんどん改悪されています。個人的には無料は嫌だと思っていたので、ケーキセットくらいの金額で利用できれば行きたいと思います。700円払って20分の利用は今後もしないと思います。スタンプカードも無くなり、従来から利用している人は質素になるサービスで来店する機会が少なくなったと思います。私もいちご大福以外は買うものがなく、いちご大福だけを買いに行くこともないので、今日が最後になりそうです。長い間、...

とてもいい店でした！店の商品の味は勿論で、何より素敵なのは店員の対応や接客。そして、実習に来て作業をしている人たちが金曜日とかに見かけた時に、いつも店の外や店内をあちこちとゴミ拾いとか窓拭き、箒などでいろいろ掃除したりとかしているのを見て、とても頑張っているのが伝わります！！

それから掃除などの最中に道を通ったり店内に入る人たちに挨拶を気持ちのいい声でしたりするので、とても素晴らしいです！
