View was impeccable, service was friendly and nice, and might I say, the locomoco hamburg patty 🥩 was the best I've ever tasted in my life, no exaggeration. The patty was coated with a housemade sauce that was rich in umami, and the patty was seared to perfection — it maintained its slight crispiness despite the sauce, and the interior of the patty was soft and juicy. Best eaten hot, the pairing with the sunny side up and rice really is the perfect lunch you can have, while enjoying the beach view at 20°C spring temperatures. Imagine yourself in a scene from Hometown Chachacha, with soft jazz playing in the background. Truly an experience. Pork curry was delicious as well, but the hamburg definitely stole the show for me.

Super tasty pasta =) Very nice ambiance. Try to get the outdoor seating if possible as the sea breeze and scenery are amazing. I did not manage to get it but the indoor seating is nice as well, very cosy. The food was really good and the staff deliver exceptional service. The waitress who served me was very sweet, friendly, polite and helpful! When I asked her if she knew of buses to get to a train station (I can't speak Japanese except for a few simple words so I used English mostly and while she could not really speak English she went all out to help me) she not only showed me the location of the bus stop but even told me the bus's scheduled timings and even marked the location of the bus stop on Google maps so I wouldn't get lost. Highly recommend this place <3!

Love this restaurant, It is the spirit of Itoshima , the food and staff are wonderful and cheerfully warm and genuine. I make it a point to stop in for coffee and bite to eat. Best place to warm up in winter or cool down in summer. The history of Itoshima and the many changes that have come. Sunset is a true landmark of Futamigaura.

Love this restaurant, It is the spirit of Itoshima , the food and staff are wonderful and cheerfully warm and genuine. I make it a point to stop in for coffee and bite to eat. Great place to go with friendly professional staff. Menu was very good, BUT, their espresso machine was out of order which is why I dropped a star rating for them. Being a cafe, I wondered how they could operate without an espresso machine! Also tue menu did seem quite limited in options. But what they had they did well. We were there for lunch but our friends went there for dinner to get the sunset...
