Service and quality of food, both are disappointing ❌ Not a good experience !!! 👎🏻 ❌ I never had such tasteless food. 😭 We clearly mentioned in the order comments that we wanted spicy food, but the food we received had no chili or masala at all. When we called to complain, the restaurant said they would send chili and masala only if we ordered again. That’s not a solution—just disappointing service. While discussing the picture and the food delivered are quite different, in photos they are showing lots of things with dish but in actually not delivering the same as the picture they uploaded.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, your response does not reflect what actually happened. I called the restaurant three times on the same day. Instead of listening to my concern, I was told, “Everyone else enjoys our food; only you are complaining.” That was very unprofessional. Your staff told me I had to place another order on Uber Eats to receive the missing items. I trusted your words and placed another order for naan. When the delivery arrived, I was charged again, and no additional food was included. I called the restaurant again, possibly speaking with the owner, who firmly said we would not send anything else and again repeated that “everyone likes our food except you.” This was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. Please don’t say you’re ready to serve again for free when that’s not true. I would appreciate honesty more than false promises. Very bad customer service, and I will not recommend this...

I went second time and tried to order vegetarian dal bhat set but they said it is not available however the customer came after us has recieved the dal bhat set. And then asked for the puri jhalebi set and they said we can’t make it. Second time experience was very pathetic and rude from the restaurant person. This was my first time review, A nice simple restaurant in the main Hakata area. Around 20-25 minutes walk from hakata station. The one of the great thing is the restaurant also open in the afternoon without off time so very convininet to visit anytime in the afternoon. I have visited there around 3pm for the lunch. I have ordered vegetarian DAL BHAT set. Dal Bhat is staple food and it is becoming one of the main dish in the Nepalese restaurant. In India also Dal BHAT is staple in many states , however, it’s rare to find DAL BHAT speciality in the Indian restaurant in Japan. The food was delicious and I would say much much worth it for the price. Just 600 yen for Veg DAL BHAT set , with Indian rice, Dal, mix veg, Achar(pickles), Chatni and salad.
