Domino's Pizza Nagasumi — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Recent review I thought after an year maybe the pizza would be better or after reviewing some changes but I again went there trusting that it might be my mistake but seriously double mozzarella cheez is not yet double it’s still a single layer cheese and this time it was not baked properly from base side. They directly serve you from the oven . They don’t even realize that maybe the machine or the oven is not working properly. Thank you so much for ruining the taste of pizza.

Old review I am sorry to inform that the dominos pizza I used to eat double cheese pizza regularly.

Now the quality has went down. It’s better to eat from some where else because there double cheese pizza is not a double cheese pizza it’s just a pizza with hardly cheese on it.

As a foreigner they think we are fools. It’s not that we are eating for first time. We have ordered same pizza a lot of times.

After telling the staff about pizza they told that if you order pan crust you will not get cheese on sides. Really!!!!!!!

I have to write it again in night because we are suffering from stomach ache. We have not eaten anything after that dirty double cheese pizza. The quality of cheese has gone really bad. I have been vomiting after eating that pizza. In Japan you don’t have doctors on Sunday.

As a foreigner we have hardly some places to eat. Domino’s Nagazumi was one of my favorite place. I have been ordering pizza from 5years I never got complaints. It might be because I have eaten pizza at night. Maybe the night staff cooks really good. But this was my second time visiting in afternoon. As a customer I was not treated nicely and it hardly matters to the staff and the owner.

Thanks for spoiling my pizza love at Dominos Nagazumi-Shop. Had such a bad experience, I will never ever go there again. I have shared some old pizza and recent 17th August 2024, time 1:30 in afternoon pizza’s photos. I hope this review will help other people as well.

The owner is defending himself by saying “be aware” but don’t you think staff should guide the customers before taking the order.

It’s been five years I have been ordering the same menu. I never complained about it. I was a happy and regular customer. I have never been to other branches in Fukuoka. I have always ordered in the evenings. Maybe because your night staff is better than afternoon staff. This time the cheese and pizza quality was really bad because of which I have go through medical treatment.

当店、自転車配達員の粗暴運転に関して。

当地域は夜間の照明がやや暗いです。 鹿助公園が近いこともあって夜間散歩（犬の散歩含む）をされる方が少なからず居られます。

下り坂を降りて来られた自転車が、一時停止線での停車もぞんざいに 勢い良く右折されますと、地域住民や往来される方だけでなく、自転車で配達される配達員の方自身も 大変危険ですので、このレビューをご参考の上、配達員の方々への交通法規の遵守及び 安全運転の意識向上をお願い申し上げます。
