Hotplate hamburg was really good! Was not expecting the juiciness of the beef. Glad they’re using 100% Japanese beef to make the patties. There’s a stone on the plate to cook the hamburg more as they serve them medium rare by default. What a nifty design! Also, ordering and payment can be done on their web app....
