Tempura Hirao Kaizuka shop — Restaurant in Fukuoka

Tempura was of very good quality;served lightening fast ,piping hot and at a very reasonable price! My 2 problems with this restaurant are that food is served so fast that you really have no chance to properly digest it before you leave and that you are almost ordered to sit in the seat that is selected for you when you walk in. I get that someone in a seat that is not eating cannot make money for the restaurant,but couldn't this restaurant do better by welcoming guests like so many restaurants do around the world by asking when you walk in,"where would you like to sit" or "is...

Went here for lunch eith my colleagues and there usually is a long queue! Food is being served quickly though so total waiting time was maybe 10-15min during peak lunch hour.

For me it was a first to eat tempura at this chain restaurant but I did like their open kitchen and counterbar concept very much. The tempura itself is fresh and tastes great!

A little “amuse bouche” from the kitchen comes in form of a squid sashimi and tasted really delicious! Will def check it out again when back...
