Highly not recommend! We've got the confirmation email but they didn't arrange the seats for us. Super disappointed and they don't regret for us.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant. I had made a reservation for 6 people at 7:00 but upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed that no table had been reserved for us. We've got a Japanese version confirmation email about the reservations and we did ask our friends in HK translate for us. There was no need to reply or make deposit, we never received any emails from you after.
The situation was made worse by the disrespectful and rude attitude of your staff, who not only failed to provide us with a suitable table but also lied to us about the restaurant being fully booked. It was clear that they had no intention of accommodating us, and their unprofessional behavior left a lasting negative impression on me.
As a customer, I expect to receive a certain level of service and respect from your staff, but this was not the case. I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated by the entire experience.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that this kind of situation does not happen again in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon...

The foods are presented delicately, and of course delicious. Their choices on sake is very good that value added to the courses.
