Thr location is great, lots of convenience stores everywhere you go. The hotel has amenities that you are able to get how much you need by the front desk. They also offer free coffee and tea to guests. They have a coin laundry (I didn't use), vending and an ice machine. The staff is super polite and hospitable.

The room is nice and comfy, the space is enough and efficient. We had a twin room, we have 2 big luggages and 2 small which is enough. If you have more you might find it difficult. They always offer free 2 bottle water and for the first time I was offered pajamas.

The bathroom is small, water pressure is hot and nice. They have nice quality of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And of course, the heated toilet seat of Japan which is the best.

Breakfast is a great big selection which changes every other day but the same selection. Always new and fresh. They picked really sweet fruits. And everything is disposable and you clean up after yourself

The location is near canal city mall. A bit of a walk to don quijote and recently i found out also a bit of a walk to the underground mall.

I think my small suggestion is that the aircon remote is fully japanese but they do have a guide by the table. But needs more English translation for foreign guests. The TV doesn't convert to English and the notification is in Japanese so I don't know. But the smart TV is great cause we can...

Location: just minutes to Watanabe-Dori or Yakuin station, a 7-11 with ATM right across the building, a traditional ramen restaurant open till 3am plus very decent coffee joint in the next blocks while you can easily walk over to Tenjin or Canal City in about 10 minutes.

Price: depends on the time of booking, it could range from inexpensive and to a little over-your-budget. But it’s all worth it after all.

Staffing: Very attentive with a perfect balance of friendliness and reassurance. The check-in was done in minutes. Appreciate their great assistance for calling and talking to a sake brewery representative as we wanted to book a guided tour there.

Room: Great security as you can’t go to your room without waving your card at the sensor located at each floor. Requested a high-floor room and got a quiet, clean, spacious, well-lit one with an open view on the 8th floor. No shortage of sunlight in the morning (this is GREAT if you are a morning person!). First-class sound proofing. Excellent mattress. Oh was the washroom tiny? I understand where this came from but it’s good enough for me. I don’t take long showers anyway.

Verdict: Great choice if you’ve got the price right. One of the best hotels to stay in Watanabedori, Fukuoka, particularly if you are not the type who fancies a...

The location was great since it was just 2 blocks away from the Watanabe-Dori station and around 15 mins away from Tenjin station. There was a Family Mart across and a 711 a few blocks away. It's also walking distance from major malls in the Tenjin area such as Mitsukoshi and Daimaru. There's even a hospital across the building. You can also walk from the hotel to the Nakasu food stalls or Canal City. The hotel room was more spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There were also free amenities such as hair brushes, hair ties, cotton swabs/pads, bath wipe, as well as unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby. The ice machine and vending machine at the lobby was also convenient if you prefer to drink in your rooms. The breakfast area was large, although the actual food options were a bit limited considering the size of the hotel. Still, the food options changed each day and the actual meals were quite delicious. The staff was also very accommodating and made a lot of effort to make sure that the guests were comfortable during their stay. We had a great stay and will consider booking here again if we...

1.There are two Hotels in this building from the same group. 2. I lived in both hotels for totally 7 days .I think the reception service is the worst I have ever experienced in Japanese hotels ,especially the Monte Hermana one. 3.take only one example,I think this is an international 3 stars hotel or maybe 4 stars ,when I booked the hotel. I asked for the ironing to press the shirt ,since there is no in the room like in USA,the reception staff asked me to comedownsstairs to get it by my self ,no room service. 4.when I checked out, they pushed and asked several times when I will take them away the stocked luggage. They hire a lot of partner time staffs maybe from south East Asia or Middle East, these people grew up in an environment Without Japanese culture, they don’t know what the Japanese service is and they never know what is,but the Japanese service is what the guests are in japan for.I highly recommend the hotel “Mitsui Garden hotels” as my friend lived here for 7days and I came here several times. Staff are superb!they stand in the lobby to help ones and luggage

We stayed here 3 nights. The location is decent as there are a few nice restaurants walking distance away ( see my post ) For convenience a seven 11 is right next door. Parking is quite convenient and next to the hotel. As with many Japan hotel the Lobby is not on ground floor as here its on the 3 floor which is very spacious. No drip coffee or Nespresso machine in room but available at lobby. As with security you need to tap room card at your floor before entering. I prefer this than at elevators. The washer and dryers are beside the onsen. You can wash your clothes and get a hot spring done, if timed properly. 300 yen for 30 minutes The onsen hot spring is very small but hotel at least has one. You can tell due to decor of hotel 🏨 it has been opened for a while as hallway carpet needs to be replaced soon. I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels but overall everything is acceptable.

Clean and well maintained hotel. I would recommend it definitely if you want to stay close to the main train station. Two rooms are slightly small but compared to some other Japanese hotels, I think its pretty good. Couldn't figure out the air conditioner settings though. Took us about 2 days for that. Could have asked the hotel staff but we were being adventurous. Buffet is good, like the macha smoothie and the macha bread. Being a vegetarian, the choices in general in Japan are limited if you dont eat fish. Most soups have fish base. Some of the the staff at the buffet speak English and can help you to find something (though slightly limited). Usually its more rice and boiled vegetables and some bread with nice cup of tea or coffee.
