I had Misotonkotsumen with extra chashu. It was delicious. The soup is rich and very tasty. You can see bits of pork fat which literally melt in your mouth. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the potion was big! I also had gyoza: extra crispy, in true Fukushima style. The staff were nice - although I had to wait a while because they kept taking orders from other customers (even though I arrived first). They were still friendly. No English menu. 福島、出張ついでに初訪です。 16時台でやってる美味しいラーメン屋を探していたら辿り着きました笑 Googleの評価も高く、期待して行きました。 16時台にも関わらず若い子も多く食べてました。 一日中、炎天下の中クタクタになってからの濃いめのスープは生き返りました。 半チャーハンもネギ、卵多めでしっかりした味付け、豚骨醤油も背脂は多めなのになぜかアッサリした風味。 また、福島出張ついでに立ち寄りたいお店の一つとなりました。 ビルの地下でわかりづらい部分もあり、もっと人気が出てもおかしくないお店です。 ご馳走様でした！！
This was my first visit to Fukushima while on a business trip. I was looking for a good ramen shop that was open at 4pm and I finally found it lol. It had good reviews on Google, so I went with high expectations. Even though it was 4pm, there were a lot of young people eating there. After being exhausted all day in the hot sun, the rich soup was refreshing. The half-portion fried rice was well-seasoned with lots of green onions and egg, and the pork bone soy sauce had a lot of back fat but somehow had a light flavor. This has definitely become one of the places I want to stop by on business trips to Fukushima. 2025.7.30再訪。冷製担々麺と水餃子を注文。水餃子が先に着。モチモチの皮が美味しい。担々麺はメニューより量が多くて、お腹いっぱい。ご馳走様でした。
2024.9.27再訪。秋限定の釜揚げ式つけ麺を注文。冷たい汁とかつお出汁につけた暖かい麺。中途半端な季節に丁度良い。味変に柚子胡椒と生姜。麺食べ終わったら、つけ汁にかつお出汁を入れる。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。前回はスタッフさんに放置され中々注文出来ませんでしたが、今回はスタッフさんが素早い反応でとても良かったです。
2024.2.21再訪。昨日とは一転冬の季節に逆戻り。辛味香豚骨醤油麺を注文。程好い辛さで暖まりました。ご馳走様でした。美味しかったです。
