Saizeriya — Restaurant in Funabashi

I have come to love this family-friendly, sit-down restaurant from years of coming here (well, since 2013, and in various locations around the Tokyo region). The combination of quick ordering, wide variety of foods, reasonable prices, and easy-going atmosphere make this a favorite place that I eagerly look forward to getting lunch or dinner when the mood strikes. This is an especially good choice for dessert --- whether in Japan or the USA, dessert always seems to be unreasonably expensive. Here at Saizeriya, I don't even think about the price, but rather about what I feel like eating. If only more places...

Saizeriya's lunch menu is just crazy affordable across all outlets. At just ¥600 ($4), one can enjoy a pasta dish with salad and unlimited drink bar access, time unlimited. How is this even possible? I sure hope the quality of ingredients isn't...

サイゼリヤ東習志野店は、ショッピングモール内に有ります。スーパーマルエツと、サンドラッグ、セカンドストリート、本屋さんに、歯医者さん、美容院、大きなヤマダ電機の隣に、二階建ての建物があり、一階は、和食とんでん、二階がサイゼリヤになります。マルエツも24時間営業で、サイゼリヤも、夜遅くまで、営業しています。かなり広く、席数も多めです。お一人様でも、気軽に入れます。ドリンクバーも有ります。お昼は、もちろん、ランチセットが有ります。良心的なお値段なので、ついつい、メインの他に、小皿メニュー、デザートまで、注文しちゃいます。以前は、ジェラートの上にチェリーなどトッピングされていましたが、今は、ミルクジェラートのみか、コーヒーゼリーの上にミルクジェラートが乗っているメニューしかなくて、また、ジェラートに何か乗せて欲しいです。イタリアンプリンは、本場イタリアン人が食べて、サイゼリヤでは、これが一番美味しいと、テレビ番組で、絶賛していたので、私もデザートは、いつも、イタリアンプリンと決めています。カラメルソースが美味しいです。あと、以前、期間限定でポトフがメニューにあり、プチフォッカをプラスして、食べました。黒胡椒が効いていて、体があったまります。おまけにヘルシーで、美味しいので、定番化を希望しています。寒い日にぴったりですね。サイゼリヤさん、ぜひ、お願いいたします。あとは、暖房設定が低めなのか？レストラン内が寒くて、お客さんは、コートを着たまま食べています。ぜひ、そこの...
