Very flavourful Mazesoba. Spiciness can be adjusted and you can indicate if you want garlic or not. At lunchtime you can get a bigger portion of noodles for free.

The Chashu-Don was more flavourful than I'm used to, which I appreciated.

I love garlic but the garlic and garlic chive flavour was a bit too overwhelming, and I felt the bell pepper was a bit out of place. I think that carrot or bean sprouts would have suited the flavour better, and having a more liquid egg would have made the noodles a bit less sticky.

１年に1回の感謝祭のことを知り急遽行きました！！！オープン前から10組くらい待ちでしたが30分も並ばず入れました😊 カウンター席がズラっとあり、2人がけのテーブルがひとつのみ。 家族ずれでは子供が小さいと行きづらいと思います（実際これが理由で今まで行けていませんでした） ただメニューはお子様向けの辛みZEROの台湾ラーメンもあるのでそちらももう少し子供が大きくなったら一緒に行きたいと思います😊
