Beringei cafe — Restaurant in Gifu

Very bad experience, we felt scammed. We were a couple, the only customers in the restaurant, and the service was unwelcoming. Once seated, we were asked to order using only the QR code on the table. The app showed us that many items were out of stock, including our three favorite dishes. The drinks tab was buggy, so we called another server to place our order. So, we ordered two egg, chicken, and vegetable sandwiches with the set menu (1,200Y x 2). Sandwich had no egg, and chicken and vegetables were drowned in industrial salad dressing, all between two pieces of bagged toast. It was nothing like what was listed on the menu; konbini's sandwiches are much better. My blueberry drink was basic soda, and the tea was way too strong (undrinkable). Creamy soup on the menu was 99.99% water. Great Stop for a fair and delicious lunch. We had the sandwich menu and it was one of the best I had so far in Japan. Also the cofe had a great taste.
