Me and family came there around 6pm and waited for 2hrs. The old lady on the counter kept telling me to wait wait wait and our number was never called. She prioritized the scheduled ones that kept on coming yeah I get that, but they could've had some considerations when the number they were calling wasn't there while we are already there. People came in, ate, then went home while we watched them going in and out and us, starving. It's my birthday and my family wants to eat yakiniku and this one is the closest so we waited and waited.
Until I lost my cool and asked the old lady when is our no. gonna be called coz its been 2 hrs and we're still sitting on the bench and when we stand up, she told us to sit coz our number isn't up yet. She just kept on telling me to wait and even if I get angry, she can't do anything about it coz there is number order. A little consideration could've helped our crying hungry kids. So me and family was about to walk out of that restaurant and before I do, I threw my order number on the floor ( I didn't hit anyone and it was a crumpled small piece of paper) pissed off and starving I was upset than angry. The guy followed us and told us to wait just 10 more minutes and our table will be ready and he apologized.
Well I thought he was sincere with the apology until we reached the counter and paid our bills, he run his mouth to me telling me that I shouldn't throw things (that small crumpled no.paper that I threw on the floor) well I didn't hit anybody and I wasn't aiming at anybody either I think he's asking me to apologize for that and Im not gonna. They suck and their service suck.
NEVER COMING BACK THERE! That old lady is racist. I work in a day service as a care giver for old people and haven't met anyone as rude as that one in that yakiniku restaurant!! They're not nice and they expect me to be nice! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
P.S. and by the way, I called for reservations the day before we came and the old lady told us we cant have reservations and just come in to get our number. That became my worst...

行く度にイライラさせられるので1年に1回しか行かないが、コロナで3年程行ってなかったので久しぶりに来店 金曜日17時に行きました。
食べ放題開始から30分程経ったら商品が届かなくなる。3年前から変わらない。ある程度肉を注文し終わった客は放置していいというマニュアルがあるのかそういう教育をしているのか?不思議。
やっと来たと思ったら伸びきった素麺とドロドロに溶けた黒蜜きなこソフトが届いた。自分の気のせいかと思ったが、後程頼んだ妻のと見比べても明らかに見た目が違う。机の端にでも置いて帰ろうかと思ったがマナーが悪いので渋々食べた。放置された肉を提供しても味があまり変わらないからいいかもしれないが時間が経って味が変わるものは2度と出さないでくれ。食べ放題なのに不味い商品を腹に入れる羽目になった。
散々待たされた商品が届いた後に店員がやってきて「長い間届いてない商品は無いですか?」って聞かれたけど、届いた後に聞きに来るな。ただの煽りにしか聞こなかった。客を馬鹿にしてるのか?
3年前と違って焼肉ポリスってのが居たが役に立ってない。網交換を注文したのに反対側のテーブルに網交換を聞いてどこかに行ってしまった。それから10分程放置され、網交換を追加注文したが一向に来なかったので店員を呼び止めてやってもらった。タッチパネルで注文するシステムになっているが結局大声を出す羽目になった。
