Ja 台湾料理 — Restaurant in Ginowan

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. It’s far from being real “cooking,” and the taste was awful. While the presentation may seem decent, the actual food is terrible. As I ate, the taste was so off that I began to question the freshness of the ingredients. After finishing the meal, I ended up with a stomach issue—definitely something wrong with the ingredients!

On top of that, the service was equally bad. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t care to offer any genuine hospitality. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire experience.

I will not be coming back to this place, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. Poor quality food and terrible service make this a place I would never want...

SENSATIONAL! Probably the best Taiwanese food you could get on the island.

The atmosphere is relaxed, clean and organized. The staffs spoke Japanese and Mandarin. They are authentic Taiwanese, very polite and attentive.

The food is excellent and worthy of regular visit. By keeping their menu simply, they were able to focus on the quality of the food. The noodles and rice dishes were satisfying but the stars were the soup dumplings and the scallion. Good soup dumplings are hard to find here. They are either too dry or broken. These were made marvelously, full of favor and soup with tender meat on the inside. And the scallions was so sweet with lingering aroma! Everything was beautifully presented.

It truly was a superb dining experience. My wife and I intended to go back...

Super cute place. They have a place right next door you can walk over to if you want something other than beer or water. (the two places work hand and hand have a big area for kids too..a little kids playground indoors. So nice.) I was worried that they might not speak any english, but they do. Easy communication. Place was very clean and everything was seasoned really well. My favorite was the scallion beef rolls. The skin was crispy..texture perfect and the side veggies they come with are refreshing for the whole meal. The staff was also very polite. Also the pricing is good. i spent 2.6k yen. But that's because I ordered 4...
