Walk in, have cash. Insert money into vending machine. Press 10, press 19, press 20. Give the tickets it dispenses to the attendent (waiter?) That gives you a delicious bowl of udon with pork, egg, and who knows what else, gyoza, and fried chicken. When you dip the fried chicken into the mayo, it is akin to chic fil a but even better chicken. If you have a credit card, ask the workers there to help. They are nice, kind, and attentive. Definitely not my favorite ramen shop in the area. Parking was difficult to find, most menu items were sold out when I visited, and place was a bit crowded. Probably wouldn’t recommend to other people but I would be willing to revisit to try other options that were out of stock. Also english menu looked at lot smaller than what was on selection machine but I do appreciate that an English menu was available. Staff went the extra step to make sure we ordered correctly with the language barrier, which is not standard with most places...

【利用時間と店舗】 今回は平日の12時から飲食です。 店内に入ると、先客ひとり。あと客５人です。 その店内は和モダンで洒落てます。 座席はカウンター席、テーブル席です。

【オーダー】 ◆和牛もつ煮まぜそば／900円／税込 ２月限定です。 そしてランチ時は大盛無料サービスです。

配膳された丼。 もつ煮、ごぼう天、ニラ、ニンニク、卵黄などの具。 その具を思いっきり混ぜ混ぜします。 そして天地返し、しっかり味が麺に伝わってからガッツきます。

まずは濃いめの醤油タレに出会え、と同時にニンニクなどの香味野菜の旨みにも出会えます。 うわぁー、一見辛そうだが、卵黄がいい仕事をしてます。卵黄が味をまろやか、でも香味野菜の辛味はある。 うー、複雑な味だが、美味しいねー。

次に中太麺を食べます。 ワシワシ、ゴワゴワ、ツルツルした麺。 この麺を食べると、タレと麺がよーく絡み合い、笑顔になれる味です。

トッピングの牛もつ煮が柔らかくて美味しい。そしてごぼう天は衣は味染み染みで美味いです。

んんー、ガツガツ食べれて、元気になれるまぜそばは美味しいですね。

丼を見て驚き。 丼の中にはレアチャーシュー、炙りチャーシュー、角切りチャーシュー、味玉、葱類、鰹節など…

子どもはワシワシと食べる食べる。 そのタレは塩ベースで意外にあっさり系です。

んんー、美味しいね。
