I had a wonderful time at this Korean restaurant! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff. Although parking was a bit challenging, I was able to locate a helpful parking map for the rear of the building in my photos section, which proved to be very helpful.
As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to find that all of my favorite Korean flavors were present in the dishes. The bibimbap was particularly impressive, striking the perfect balance between spicy and savory without being too overwhelming with gochujang. While the gimbap wasn't my absolute favorite on Okinawa, it was still incredibly flavorful and well-made.
But the real standout dish for me was the bibim naengmyeon, or spicy cold noodles. If you're a fan of this type of dish, I highly recommend giving it a try. It was refreshing, spicy, and incredibly satisfying.
Although I regret not taking more photos of the food, I was completely engrossed in the delicious flavors and didn't want to miss a moment. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Korean cuisine and a warm,...
Read moreNice selection of namul (free small side dish appetizers), but kimchi wasn’t included. We had the squid (well cooked and a bit spicy), chapchae (served warm, a bit too sweet), Korean pancake (very thick and undercooked), Kimchichiggae (kimchi soup - flavor was good but was very different from the traditional style, not hardly spicy at all), and bulgogi kimbap (pretty good). Next time I want to try the nangmyeon and sundubuchiggae. Overall, the menu selection was great, good portion sizes, but definitely adjusted to suit a Japanese palate. The front entrance faces 58. Parking is available on the back side of the building, in front of the tombs across the street from the back entrance. Park only in spots designated with the restaurant logo (tires are mounted on the wall so you can back your car all the way in). If you enter from the back of the building, you are on the 1st floor. Take the elevator down to B1 (watch your step getting in/out of the...
Read moreEvery time I come here I end up devouring the food before remembering to take a picture. The parking is behind the building. If it’s your first time there, they share a Parkin lot with the tattoo shop and all their parking spots are all labeled with the restaurant name and their little roof logo. Theres som right by the building and others across the street too. There’s an elevator inside the building. You’ll be on the 1st floor so take it down to B1. It’ll open directly into the restaurant.
The food is great, the service is great too. They sell kimchi and when they do have it perilla leaves and peppers. They also have a load of Kpop merchandise for sale in there too. They take card and yen and speak enough English to communicate...
