Big Boy — Restaurant in Gotenba

The food is good. However, the place must be refurbished. The walls are dirty, there’s a pound of water by the drink bar and some seats are destroyed. The entrance sink is dirty with stain and mold.

It’s a real pity, despite the good food, the lack of cleanliness made me feel a bit disgusted....

I had amazing food here. Even though i speak a bit of Japanese the waiter spoke his best English . If you try they will try so it was nice.the food gets either delivered by robots or bij actually humans. You order your food from a menu and a tablet. I would go here again...

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The food quality was below average, and the restaurant was not clean, especially the restroom, which was in very poor condition. I was quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Definitely not...
