Apart from the amazing view of Fuji Mountain, the restaurant only offer buffet lunch and dinner made the restaurant went down to 3 stars. In the past they offered full a la cart menu which was excellent. Now the dinner buffet was so so only. Didn’t worth charging for the price of 5500 yen. Won’t come back.

front desk attitude is very bad and rude. We were there at dinner time and lots of people waiting there. I ask them how long should we expect to be served they said ‘ I don’t know ‘ with an attitude of I don’t care. I asked how many table before me. They said same don’t know and does not even bother to check. We left and won’t go again. Worst customer service I have been...
