front desk attitude is very bad and rude. We were there at dinner time and lots of people waiting there. I ask them how long should we expect to be served they said ‘ I don’t know ‘ with an attitude of I don’t care. I asked how many table before me. Apart from the amazing view of Fuji Mountain, the restaurant only offer buffet lunch and dinner made the restaurant went down to 3 stars. In the past they offered full a la cart menu which was excellent. Now the dinner buffet was so so only. Didn’t worth charging for the price of 5500 yen....
