WHY MEAT texture is different? total i ordered 3 pax for 3 person. I cannot chew the meat at all. SO HARD! i’m the type who can eat pretty hard texture, but this one is so hard until i need to spill it from my mouth. usually if the meat is tough, i’ll still eat, but this one is DIFFERENT.

I’ve tried my sister and my grandmother’s meat and IT’S DIFFERENT. Their meat is so so tender, while i’m the only one who get TOUGH MEAT

i’ve complained to the two women staff, bur no response. until i ask them for the THIRD TIME, and they call the chef. the chef ask me to go to my table and show what’s happening. i showed my meat that i spilled from my mouth. then i wait at the casher for 5 minutes, still no response. until the chef see me and said “I already try it and it’s all right” with the face looking at me like i’m a liar!! don’t say sorry at all😤the chef is using glasses one

この店の料理は美味しいし、牛肉の質は他の都市のチェーン店よりも良いです。しかし、ウェイターのトレーニングには問題があります。外国人観光客に対して非常に不親切です。店内は忙しくないのに、入店時に基本的な挨拶さえありませんでした。料理を出した後も、食べ方についての基本的な説明や注意が一切ありませんでした。日本人のお客さんにはとても丁寧で親切に対応しているのに、私たちには明らかに差別的な対応をされました。私たちは日本語を話せるのに、このような対応をされて、本当に最悪です。

特に2人のゴミみたいなウェイターは、表情が軽薄で真面目さがなく、外国人を見下しているような感じでした。こちらが指摘しても、まるで気にしていないような態度を取りました。外国人がいるのが嫌なら、外国人がいないところで働けよ。日本のサービス業に恥をかかせるな。

The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet when we entered, there was not even a basic greeting. After the food was served, there were zero explanations or basic reminders about how to eat. When serving Japanese customers, however, the waitstaff was very polite and thorough. The obvious difference in treatment was frustrating, especially since we spoke Japanese but were still treated this way. The service attitude was absolutely terrible.

In particular, two of the waitstaff were especially trashy. Their expressions were disrespectful, and they gave off a vibe of looking down on foreigners. When we gave feedback, they responded with an indifferent tone. If you don’t like places with foreigners, then go work somewhere where there are no foreigners. Don’t disgrace the Japanese service industry.

Excellent beef cutlet which you can grill to the doneness you desire. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant in premium outlet serving beef. I wasn't that hungry then so I ordered the 150g beef but going for the largest portion is definitely the most value for money option. Even though they tried to do whatever is possible to improve air ventilation, your clothes will still smell after the meal. If this is a concern, probably prepare a clothes spray...
