パティスリーさんぷく — Restaurant in Hachinohe

We found this French-style patisserie by accident. One of the patisseurs was mixing fresh batter for another delicacy. The dorayaki were not so fresh or tasty, but they are made by another company. The domed, chestnut cake and the strawberry cake were absolutely delicious though, equivalent to what we've had in the major cities. What gives our review the five stars is how they were packaged. The lady at the counter asked us how long it would be before we would be able to eat the cakes. It was a strange question at the time, but unbeknownst to us, she carefully packed the cakes in a box with a mini removable cool-pack. I have never seen something like this! 八戸駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にあるパティスリーです、平日の午後に利用してみました。 店内にはカウンター３席ほどのカフェスペースもあり、店内でドリンクとともにケーキをいただいていくこともできますがこの日はテイクアウトでの利用です。

ショーケースには魅力的なケーキもいろいろ並んでいましたがこの日は焼き菓子からチーズフィナンシェとラズベリーガレットの２点を購入です。

チーズフィナンシェはほのかにサクッと感も感じるしっとり食感でチーズのコクある風味が活きていますね。

一方のラズベリーガレットもサクサクの軽い食感、アーモンドの香ばしい風味、中にはラズベリーのジャムも入っていて、その甘酸っぱい味わいもイイ仕事していて...

八戸出張のお土産にと、八戸駅近くのスイーツ屋さんを検索するとヒットしたのはこちら「パティスリーさんぷく」のみ。という事で迷う事なくお店に伺ってきました。

ショーケースには美味しそうなケーキが並んでいましたが、見に止まったのはとてもリーズナブルな価格で美味しそうに並んでいるワッフルです。 生クリーム・カスタード・いちごの３種類あり、どれも美味しそうなので３つともいただきました。
