Doutor Coffee, Hachinohe-eki-ten — Restaurant in Hachinohe

八戸駅は東北新幹線が発着する駅でありながら、駅周辺には（居酒屋はいくつかあるものの）軽食目的で利用できるお店が極端に少ないため、このドトールは、目的の新幹線に乗るまでの時間調整目的での利用に重宝するでしょう。さらに八戸駅の利用客自体も、平日・休日共にそれ程多くは無いため（大型連休の時期は混雑しますが）、このカフェ自体の利用客も比例するように多くなく、快適に過ごせると思います。 席数も充分にあり、喫煙スペースもあるため、喫煙者にも重宝するカフェではないかと思います（分煙も徹底しているようで、少なくとも利用時には喫煙スペースから煙草の匂いが漏れだす、ということは感じませんでした）。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質や種類は、他のドトールと遜色ありません。空いている時間に利用したからか、スタッフの接客対応も概ね良好でした。建物の1階にあり、出入り口に段差等は無いため、車椅子の人でも気軽に利用できる一方で、八戸駅から一旦外に出る必要があるため、雨天時の利用はやや億劫に感じるかもしれません。

Although Hachinohe Station is a station where the Tohoku Shinkansen arrives and departs, there are very few stores around the station for light meals (although there are a few izakayas), so this Doutor coffee shop will be useful for those who need to adjust their time before boarding their desired Shinkansen train. Furthermore, since Hachinohe Station itself does not have that many customers on weekdays and holidays (although it does get crowded during major holidays), this cafe itself does not have as many customers as it should, making it a comfortable place to spend time. The cafe has ample seating and a smoking area, which is useful for smokers (it seems to have a strict smoking policy, and at least when I used the cafe, I did not feel the smell of cigarettes leaking from the smoking area). The quality and variety of drinks and dishes served is on par with other Doutor coffee shops. Perhaps because we used the restaurant when it was open, the staff was generally very attentive to our needs. Located on the first floor of the building, there are no steps to enter or exit, making it easy for people in wheelchairs to use, but it is necessary to go outside once from Hachinohe Station, which can be a bit of a hassle in...

Dad and I loved their crepe cake and stopped to have it several times when we spotted a Doutor. I've been coming to these chain coffee shops since the nineties. Always crowded and a bit cramped so not crazy about the atmosphere but the coffee is good and the cake...

毎日、すべての店で同じ味の美味しいコーヒーをだすのは、並大抵の努力ではないですね。コーヒー豆の原産地でもバラつきがあるし、自家焙煎の方法や焙煎環境（外気温、湿度)でもバラつきがでてしいまう。焙煎釜もアフターミックスで味が変わってしまいます。 出張出発でドトールコーヒーショップ八戸駅店でブレンドSを一杯、Sは135mlの洋食器、全店で使用されるドトール本社が開発した特注ドリップマシン、うーん「この香りとコクが調和を奏でる」うまい、これだよね！誠実な味、後味もすっきり。
