Lucky Pierrot Bay Area Main Shop — Restaurant in Hakodate

Honestly, considering it's labelled as a fast food chain, I'd still recommend to check it out if you're visiting Hakodate (or Hokkaido in general). Apparently it's an exclusive chain that only exists in Hokkaido. The interiors are somewhat western-inspired, but it's still more interesting than any western fast food chain (McDonald's etc), and I think it has a very peculiar style. I ordered the most popular Chinese fried chicken burger and was totally satisfied. I had it as part of a set with fries and tea, but I'm not a big fan of fries, and I didn't like them much, they were too soft and not crunchy at all. Also, the tea is just a regular ice-cold tea, the same one you're served with in other Japanese restaurants, so nothing special. I'd rather recommend getting one/two burgers (depending on how much you're hungry) and the guaranà drink. If you're up for a sweet treat, they also serve soft creams with various toppings. Best burger in town with a great tast and small price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just walked from the red brick building to the mountain and found this famous burger shop that could not find anywhereelse except here coincidently. Acutally, there is another brandnew store close to the port and starbucks with a larger area and more sitting plces. But, to me I prefer this old branch much more as it doesnot seem so busy and decoration is so touching.

There are so many burger styles. I took a long time to decide wheelee I had. At the end I tried the pork one. At first, I though the taste might be like Mcdonald or Burgerking. I am totally wrong!! The pork burger I tried was so incredibly yummy and juicy. Bread is also delicious and has good smell. It was a wonderful meal after a long walk. Now, I understood why this brand store is famous in Hakodate.

They also serve curry for someone who would like to have rice too. If you want to try the big meal, go for the tower burger. They serve this burger with bell ringing.

We were lucky to get in and get table less than 10 minutes. We arrived there around 5.30pm during golden week.

I love the settings inside the restaurant.

We chose here as it is the main store. If you don’t mind, visiting other branches might be better as other places are way bigger to accommodate more crowd.
