Ms. Ichinoe and Mr. Otsuka are the best star bucks staff ! I came to buy coffee around 10:30 pm and when it came to paying, for some reason my card had a problem. I had no cash on me but, they took their time until they figured out the error. Eventually the payment went through. The best and heart warm gesture they showed me was offering me a small warm coffee while they fixed the card issue and kept me company by talking with me ! Thank...
