Place was comfortable and nice. Ordered their Akafuji Ramen. It was really spicy and hot and the serving was really abundant.

こちらは、「大勝軒○秀」など静岡県内で複数のラーメン店を構える「株式会社HNヒューマンプラス」の系列。 大勝軒○秀は麺屋こうじグループからの独立であり、有名な「東池袋大勝軒」がルーツとなっています。 ランチタイムを少し過ぎても営業している東勝軒を発見💡 腹ペコ状態でやってきたつけ麺店。 そうだよね、大盛だよね(笑) しっかりとお腹いっぱいいただきましたよ～～( *´艸｀) 注文から10分程度でチャーシューつけ麺が登場。 腹ペコすぎて「男盛」にしてしまったよ。 ラーメン遠征なのにやってしまった⚡⚡ ラーメンの器に山のように麺が盛られています。 海苔が小さく見える(笑) しっかり底の部分までありそうですね💦 つけダレは豚骨魚介ですが濃い色しているかな。 【つけダレ】 スープは器までしっかりアツアツ。 見た目は濃厚そうですが、鯖節など魚介の味わいが強め。 そして粘度もそこまでなくサラッとしている感じ。 強烈に何かくるわけじゃないかな、逆に言えば万人受けしそうね(*‘∀‘) 【麺】 やや色白な中太麺。 ストレートで表面がツルツルでツヤっぽい。 冷やしたけど、まだ生ぬるい感じ。 小麦の香りを感じつつややモッチリとしてます。 つけダレにつけてもサラッとしてますね。 トッピングやお店の詳細は ブログ【いとログ】にて掲載中！ 「いとログ　東勝軒」で検索を！！(*'▽')
