Rokuoka Yume Town Hatsukaichiten — Restaurant in Hatsukaichi

My wife & I both had steak plates. Mine came with a pork chop, as well. The meat was decent & I appreciate when steaks are served on a sizzling plate so that I can get steak to the temp I like. Japanese tend to like steak a bit too rare for my liking. The vegetables were very fresh & cooked perfectly - this being quite important to me.

Our waitress, Yoshikawasan, was very attentive & sweet. Certainly a top-notch server for this restaurant.

Being a mall restaurant, the traffic flow is likely quite high and wear & tear the same. Our booth had a torn seat cushion, which really detracts from the overall feeling of cleanliness, hence my lower rating for “atmosphere.”

黒髪のセミロングの方の接客がすごく丁寧で素敵でした。ハンバーグは美味しかったですがチキン？は味付けは良かったですけど良い鶏肉では無いのでは…と思いました。画像見たら分かると思いますが肉がペラペラ(スーパーによっては半身の鶏肉が売ってますがまさにそれくらいの薄さ)でナイフで切るとぼろぼろになりました。これで1300円はかなり微妙です。添え野菜、ポテトは美味しくなかった。ダンボールがたくさん積ま...
