華金18:30頃訪問。おまかせコースを注文。2,200円のコースにしてはかなり多めな量で全部美味しく、大変満足。 コースのご飯は、お酒を飲む方は〆に、飲まない方は一緒にお出しできますよ、とお気遣いいただき、最初からご飯と堪能。 お通しの豚バラとゴーヤの小鉢から始まり、あおさの味噌汁、5種ほど乗ったお刺身、銀ダラの焼き物、ヤングコーン/ミョウガ/オクラ/ハモ×2の天ぷらで〆。本当に全て美味しかった。 ただのあおさの味噌汁が、あおさの新鮮さであそこまで美味しく感じることに驚き、お刺身は一切臭みがなく、銀ダラもとにかく甘身と味があり、皮はカリッ、身はほろりで焼き加減が完璧。最後の天ぷらでハモの柔らかさに仰天。 ココ最近でいちば...

入り口が奥まって見えにくいですが、のれんがかかっているのですぐわかります。

このご時世にも関わらず、定食はなんと1000円以下。1番安いもので880円。そうでなくても、1200円で食べられます。 さらにはおかわりも大盛りもできます。(メニューに書かれていませんが、おかわりや大盛りは一杯まで無料です。それ以上は有料です)

魚処を名乗るだけあって刺身が美味しい定食屋さんです。 特にお刺身はずば抜けて美味しいので、迷ったら刺身定食がおすすめです。値段も1番安いです。

補足:普通の定食屋なのに、なぜか料理を作っているのは一人前の板前です。盛り付けや火加減など、こまかいところに技が光っています。おか...
