The dough is made by kneading wheat flour with water, letting it mature, then rolling it out thin and boiling it 🍲. It was smooth, glutinous and full of vegetables ✨. It's similar to what they call "Dagojiru" in Fukuoka! We also had "frozen daikon". I looked up the word "frozen" and was convinced 🧐. Eating local cuisine is fun and tasty because you can feel the local customs and history 🤤.

We had such a good time here! We arrived early, around opening time. That's the only reason we were able to get a spot. The restaurant quickly filled up with locals.

They were all very friendly and the two ladies next to us helped us ordering throughout the night.

Enjoy the food and atmosphere when you are here, and definitely order the mapo hot noodles! The meat was also delicious ❤️

Don't come here if you are in a rush. Take your time and enjoy the good food...
