Doria is so mushy lately. Not enough sauce like before and the cheese are all black when delivered.

Chicken - so oily.

The hot sauce. First, they had Tabasco. Then they switched to their own hot sauce, but now they only serve hot sauce in sachets. It's like for takeout.

18時30分過ぎ頃入店しました。 ディアボラ風ハンバーグを頼み、テーブルに商品が届いた瞬間驚きました。 まず野菜ペーストの量です。いつもサイゼさんをご利用する時ディアボラ風ハンバーグ頼みますがこんな少ない野菜ペーストは初めてです。 もう1つ驚いたのがハンバーグの赤さです。 これが普通なんですか？ 中は普通に焼かれていたので少し食べてみたんですがミデュアムレアなハンバーグでとても不安になりました。 なので定員さんに「この赤さで大丈夫なんですか？」と聞いたところ謝罪もなしに「焼き直しますか？」とだけ聞かれとりあえず焼き直しをお願いしました。 焼き直しして下さったあとのハンバーグも赤いままだったのでじゃあ大丈夫だったのかなーと思いそのまま食べることにしたのですが持ってきてくれた定員さんは何も言わず置いてきたので不快に感じました この接客はサイゼさんでは普通なんでしょうか？まず謝罪をし、作り直すとかでは無いんですか？接客業をしてる身なのでとても不快に感じます。 野菜ペーストが少なすぎたので追加で野菜ペーストのみ注文をしましたが提供がものすごく遅くてそれでも待っていたらあとから頼んだフォカッチャがきたのでびっくりです。そんなに野菜ペーストに時間かかるんですか？？ 大好きなお店なのに今日は...
