Tis could be the very special Japanese Ramen in Japan.discover it during my recent trip to Hirosaki trip. The tomatoes soupbase was totally different from what we usually had for authentic type ramen, once you taste it,especially Lobster ramen.i am pretty sure u will be fallen and couldn't resist to go back again for another bowl.
First two bowl that I tried for was Lobster Ramen, one with another one w/o vege. it's come with real thick lobster soup base, taste was solid and nice, full of lobster taste and roam in your mouth tastebud. the 3rd bowl was Habanero Ramen.i have chosen level 5 spiciness. I use to find that the spicyness of Japanese chillies was so-so,but tis bowl was proof me wrong.while eating halfway, can really felt that the kicks was there. When done,I felt myself on fire.Lol.. oh ya,tis bowl was full of meat and vege ect. Therefore it is most expensive in the list.
Anyway, when you are in Hirosaki,do not MISS this devil bowl, damp nice to let you feel a day with excitement 😆👌🏻

Boy this was CRAZY good, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like shrimp that much.
The broth for both ramen was extremely well balanced and delicious. The chef is very friendly. The ticket machine where you choose your dishes has an English description for each dish. The place is very clean, spacious and the atmosphere is nice with some chill Japanese music in the background.
This shop is easily in my top 3 ramen shops I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming...
Read moreVery tasty tomato/shrimp ramen. Was refreshing to eat even on a warm sunny day.
I arrived about 10 minutes after opening and there were plenty of seats available. Ordering is through a ticket machine at the front with English descriptions so it was easy to use as a foreigner.
