Kura Sushi — Restaurant in Hiroshima

I feel like such a fat little piggy when I eat at Kura Sushi - hogtie me to my trough and send the sushi down the conveyor belt right into my mouth. Oink oink.

This Kura Sushi was pretty busy at 5 pm on a Saturday night. This branch is definitely more for groups and families. There are only ~8 seats for single diners with many more tables and booths for groups.

The standard protocol follows: please check in at the computer and input the number of people in your party. (There is an option to change the language to Eng). The receipt will have a table # you are assigned to. Proceed to your table and check in on the tablet. You can begin ordering food right away.

My one issue is that after hitting "check out" on the tablet, a worker came over and said something to me. I don't know what she said, but she finally pointed to the cash register. In Tokyo they didn't do this.

正直相当厳しい状況です。 メニュー数がかなり減ったせいか、グランドメニューの表も取り除いてメニューを一覧で見れなくなった。

普通に食べると以前より2割程度は値上がりしている印象。 九州醤油が無くなったり、くらランチの代わりに導入された感動の丼が明らかにくらランチより見劣りしていたり、半年以上前に投稿されている評価値は全く当てにならないほどダウングレードしている。

物価高の影響があるので仕方ないとはいえ、サービスやメニューが悪化したにも関わらず値上がりでは評価★を下げざるを得ない。

テレビ放送での紹介直後でお客さんの数が多かった割にお寿司の提供はかなり早い印象でした。 ただタッチパネル注文なのに、相変わらず頼んだ商品と違う物が来る事が結構な頻度であるので要注意。 また、メニュー表の写真と比べて明らかに見劣りする商品が届く事も少なくないので、タッチパネル注文よりレーンを廻っている皿を取った方が良い場合もある。月替わり等、時期限定の物は特に要注意。 テレビ放送では、寿司ネタの中でも一番良い部位を使って、握りも完璧に仕上げたくら寿司が出せる最高の品で高評価を得ていても、実際にお客さんが食べるお寿司はほぼほぼ別物です。

回転寿司店の中では比較的トラブルの多い店舗の印象。

以前の期間限定海鮮丼の時も思ったのですが、醤油皿や小皿が無いので、海鮮丼のネタを醤油につけてから食べる派の人にもワサビを醤油に溶いてからかける派の人にも食べづらい。

アプリからの予約で待ち時間が殆ど無くなるのはありがたい。 大手だけあって消毒、体温測定、テーブル間の仕切り等、感染症対策はしっかりしている。 暫く我慢すればメニューも値段もそのうちまた良くなると思うので、それからまた再評価します。 それまでは通り向かいの回転寿...
