手編み焙煎のコーヒーに、スイーツは奥さんの手作りで、ドリンクとスイーツも全てグルテンフリー×プラントベース🌻という、広島では貴重なお店です

グルテンフリーやプラントベースが好きで気になっていたお店でしたが、

とにかくお店丸ごと、あったかて、 お店の空気の一部になりたいくらいしあわせな空間でした🤦🏼‍♂️

キッシュもキャロットケーキも、優しい味わいなのに心もお腹も満たされる大好きな味でした

A cozy café run by a warm and welcoming couple, just a 5-minute walk from Hakushima Station.

All the sweets are handmade by the wife and are entirely gluten-free and plant-based 🌻—a rare gem in Hiroshima!

From the moment I stepped inside, the husband and wife running the café greeted me with the warmest smiles. It left a lasting impression on me. Their gentle and kind presence filled the entire space, creating an atmosphere brimming with warmth and comfort. 🌻

This café is not just about serving food that’s kind to the body—it’s a place that gently soothes the heart as well.

I had been curious about this café for a while since I love gluten-free and plant-based food, but what I found was so much more than just that.

The entire space radiates warmth, making me wish I could become part of its atmosphere. It was such a blissful experience. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Both the quiche and carrot cake had a delicate, gentle flavor, yet they were deeply satisfying for both my heart and stomach.

2023年4月9日の14時半頃に訪問。 タイミングが良く、お客さんは自分1人だけでした。 テイクアウトもやっているようで、ドリンクとスイーツどちらも持ち帰り可能です。

味 とても美味しかったです。 コーヒーとカヌレを注文しました。 コーヒーは勿論のこと、スイーツにもこだわりが詰まった一品でした。 どうやら小麦粉を使っていないカヌレで、中フワ外カリで食感も楽しめます。 コーヒーは注文の際に丁寧に説明をしてくださるので、自分に合うコーヒーを選ぶことが出来ると思います。

メニュー 飲み物はコーヒーやカフェラテなど、 スイーツはカヌレとキャロットケーキがありました。 午後の早い時間にはほぼ無くなっているので、早めに来て買う事をオススメします。

店内 壁にもたれる椅子にテーブルが３つほど置いてあります。 インテリアや食器、マグカップ全てにこだわりが感じられます。 無機質な店内でとてもおしゃれです。

接客 夫婦で営んでるお店でとても素敵な方々でした。 なるべく来店したお客さんとお話をするようにしているようで、そういった姿勢も素敵だと思いました。

支払い キャッシュレス、カード、現金どれも支払い可能です。...
