I went with my mother during our stay in Hiroshima. I got quite a few things to try and she got a white bread loaf. I have not tried all of the things I got yet, just the two pictured. They were very delicious. I had wanted to try some bread baked goods in Japan, but I had only made it to vegan cake bakeries until now. This bakery is very nice and I like it a lot.

国産小麦と天然酵母を使ったパンで、動物性のバター、卵、乳製品を使っていないのが特徴のパン屋さんです。 最近流行りの高級食パンなどには基本的にたっぷりバターなどが入っていますが、それらの動物性の材料が入っていないので、すごくあっさりとした味です。 あっさりの中に小麦の味を感じることができ、体にも良さそうです。 地下のイートインスペースではランチなどもあるようで、再訪してみたいと思いました。
