My family and my wife’s family totalling a party of 11 reserved this restaurant for a lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Every one of us were extremely impressed by the owner’s skills and each dish prepared was amazingly delicious. The ingredients were all fresh and every item was cooked to perfection. 小淵沢の自然豊かな環境に溶け込むように佇むビストロ。 木目調のインテリアが温かみを感じさせ、程よいカジュアルさと上品さが共存しています。 席間の余裕があり、リラックスして食事を楽しめる空間でした。 何と、このお店はオーナーシェフのワンオペ！ 料理もサービスも会計までをもお一人で手際よくこなす姿には感銘を受けました！ 席数こそカウンター席2席を含めて合計16席とこじんまりとしつつも、これをお一人でやられてるってシンプルに凄い。 今日はディナータイム開店早々の17:30に来店。 事前予約でしか味わえない、コースを堪能してまいりました♪ 訪れる際のオススメの時間帯は、ワンオペということもあり早い時間がよいのでは？！ と個人的には思いますよ。
