Great sushi in an amazing setting. I was really happy to meet the chef who was very kind. They even had Yamazaki Umeshu and the miso soup was very unique. Everything was super tasty. Recommend !!!!

八ヶ岳に泊まったときにお鮨が食べたくて行きました。ネタが少なくなってるからと暖簾降ろしているのに気付かず。電気点いてたので入ったら気さくなオッチャンが出迎えてくれました。 なんといま住んでる所の出身で昔はこうだったんだ〜みたいな事を話してくれました。運命との事でお鮨を少しサービスして頂きました🙏✨

地元の人に教えてもらって行きました。場所がちょっと分かりにくい所にあります。ナビだと行けなかったので電話して直接教えてもらいました。カウンターで頂きました。大将がいろいろなお話をしながらお寿司をにぎってく...
