Best of the best vegetarian restaurants in Japan! Owned by beautiful young family with great vision who invested all their time and resources into this magnificent building/project -vegetarian restaurant with organic garden; introducing Japanese to delicious tastes& recipes & vegetarian ,organic ideas and mindset ,which Polish chef learned at Ottolenghi restaurant in London. If this restaurant would be in Tokyo, you would need to book the place in advance. And also cost would be so much higher. Wishing them all the success in local Japanese meat culture society-Gambare! And Thank...
