Even though i there wasn’t anyone there, they sat us in the corner overlooking the parking lot instead of the garden. Even though I called out a few times in Japanese that we were ready to order, they were super slow to respond.

We ordered the chicken katsu sandwich and fresh strawberry pancakes with coffee. The sandwich was a little dry even with the teriyaki sauce.The pancakes were good. The coffee was better than average.

The location across from the castle moat outside parking...

After visiting Imabari Castle we stumbled upon this nice Café today. Had a great lunch out of sandwiches, fries, salad and a little dessert for a fair price. Luckily we also had the table with scenic view over to the castle. Definitely recommend to stop by for lunch or the sweet stuff they have - we saw waffles and pancakes and...
