Tasty ramens! This place was recommended by our host. Great choice! The place is not big but there are two benches to wait outside in case of. Unfortunately they don’t have English menu, but we showed them pictures found on Google Maps of what we wanted and they did it for us. Noodles were sooooo good, with even two dumplings on the ramen (first time I see that in a ramen) and cheap price (around 800¥...

Kinda searched the area for some ramen. No pictures just Japanese. But they have tonkatsu ramen with bamboo (Menma) and egg (tomago). Broth was rich but not really fatty. Great flavor as I finished it all!! I understand the...

This small restaurant usually has people waiting outside for a table, but customer turnover is pretty quick. The menu is simple. Order the 特製 TOKUSEI ramen to get all the good stuff...

醤油ラーメンの特製をいただきました。通常の醤油ラーメンに煮卵1つ、チャーシュー1枚、のり1枚、メンマ適宜、『ワンタン2つ』がトッピングされてます。 麺は細めのストレート。スープは透き通った甘みのあるサッパリした醤油味。ただし、味は濃い目。そのため、麺はよく味が染み込んで美味しくいただけますが、スープは飲み干すにはやや濃いです。煮卵は薄目の味でおいしく、チャーシューはトロッとしていて、表面は焼き目をつけてあり、香ばしいです。そして、特製にだけのっているワンタンは、口に含んだときに鼻へと何かの香りがふわっと抜けていきました。よく考えましたが、結局何か分かりませんでした…。 唯一、メンマが自分にとっては“筋張った”感じだった点が残念ポイントでした。 店主さん？の男性や女性スタッフのみなさんの気持ちの良い接客が光りました。お客さんに対して親切丁寧で、質問にもイヤな顔ひとつせず対応してましたし、店主さんとスタッフのやりとりの言葉遣いがとても優しさを感じました。スタッフみなさんがお店でストレスなく、楽しみつつ働けているんだなぁと伝わってきました。 また、行きたいと思えるお店でした。
