今治の地元の方に連れられて伺いましたが、まずお店の外観からオシャレ。素晴らしい佇まいです。今治出身の方の店舗デザインだそうです。暖簾の「伊藤」のロゴデザインも是非見て欲しいです。 中も広々とした作りで、高級感と落ち着きがあります。 お料理も大変美味しく、置かれている日本酒も料理にぴったりでした。土地柄かもしれませんが、このお店、このお料理に対して、お酒が大変リーズナブルだと感じました。 最後に大将とお話しさせて頂きましたが、大変気さくな方で、また今治を訪れた際には来させて頂きます。

広島など各地で修行された大将が地元である今治で開いたお店。今治南高校の前にひっそりとあります。市内からはタクシーで2メーターくらい。大将は気さくに話しかけて下さり、穏やかな雰囲気の中で、素晴らしい料理をいただきました。刺身、天麩羅、煮物など、どれも手の込んだ料理です。味付けと見た目で楽しめました。コース料理の滝素麺は目でも楽しむ料理。締めにはとても濃い！茶蕎麦を楽しめます。焼酎の品揃えと値段が素晴らしいので、一回行く価値あり！ご馳走さまでした。
