We recently stumbled upon this charming hole-in-the-wall sushi restaurant in Imizu, and It was awesome! We just walked-in and the Master greeted with a warm smile and the inviting aroma of fresh sushi being prepared.

The ambiance is cozy and a typical sushi house, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a small group dinner. The decor is simple yet tasteful, allowing the focus to remain on the delicious food.

Now, let’s talk about the sushi! The quality of the ingredients is outstanding. Each piece was crafted with care, showcasing the freshness of the fish. I tried their signature kaisendong, and it was an explosion of flavors! The balance of ingredients was perfect, and you could tell that the Masyer takes great pride in their craft.

憧れの歩寿司さん、分家多聞さんへ。 こちらの生まれで、こちらの出身なのできれいなお寿司屋さんができたなと思いながらも、ずっと伺えずにおりました。 やっと、伺えて しかもすぐ入れてラッキー。 カウンターは常連さんでいっぱい。 すごい人気店！！！ しかも、次から次から注文されていて、それをてきぱきこなしてらっしゃるのも、すごい大将。 いろんなつまみもあって、居酒屋遣いもできる上においしいお寿司も食べれるなんてそれは人気店になりますよね。 日本酒もおいしいのを持っていらっしゃって。 何いただいてもおいしかったし、肉とかもあってびっくり。
